Circle D is a community located in the Lost Pines of Bastrop County, TX, off Hwy 1441 and Hwy 21. This subdivision was hit especially hard during the 2011 Bastrop Complex Fire with many of the homes destroyed, but the rebuilding has been on-going and the the passing years have brought this area back to life. Reforestation has been taking place with home and lot owners applying for assistance from the reforestation program.
Circle D is comprised of lots up to 8-15 acres with a Civic Association and restricted building codes. The annual dues for this association are $125. You can find these resources here. The lost pines and small lakes dotting the area give the subdivision a nice secluded feeling, while offering easy access to Bastrop.

The Circle D subdivision has a volunteer fire department and there are common areas for the residents at the George Ross lakes next to the fire station on 1441.
